Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GSTATIAC platform, operated by GAIA ADS LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing the dashboard or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and in that case "you" refers to that entity.

2. Eligibility and business verification

GSTATIAC is intended for verified business users only. During onboarding we may request copies of your business registration documents, proof of identity for authorized representatives and, where relevant, proof of domain ownership or other validation materials.

We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our sole discretion and may suspend or terminate access if we identify misleading information, suspicious activity or violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Use of the platform

You agree to use GSTATIAC only for legitimate advertising and analytics activities. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account, including any campaigns, traffic routing and reporting configurations.

In particular, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for fraudulent, deceptive or malicious activity.
  • Promote content that violates the policies of integrated traffic sources.
  • Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the security or stability of the platform.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to access the underlying source code.

4. Traffic sources and third-party platforms

GSTATIAC may connect to or route traffic through third-party advertising platforms, exchanges or suppliers. We do not control these external services and are not responsible for their availability, policies or performance.

You remain responsible for complying with all applicable terms and policies of any third-party platforms involved in your campaigns, even when execution is orchestrated through GSTATIAC.

5. Data, reporting and confidentiality

The platform provides aggregated metrics, analytics and exports for your internal use and for presenting to partners. You remain responsible for evaluating the accuracy and suitability of these reports for any specific purpose.

We treat your campaign configuration, performance data and business details as confidential and do not disclose them to third parties except:

  • When required to operate the platform or process traffic via third-party services.
  • When we have your explicit consent.
  • When required by law, regulation or competent authority.

6. Fees, billing and limits

Access to GSTATIAC may be subject to platform fees, minimum media volumes or other commercial terms agreed separately in writing. We may also impose reasonable technical limits such as API quotas, reporting windows or data retention periods.

Unless stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for any taxes or charges applicable to your use of the platform and related services.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to GSTATIAC, or specific accounts within it, if we reasonably believe that:

  • Your activity violates these Terms or applicable laws.
  • Your traffic exposes us, partners or third-party platforms to undue risk.
  • There is suspected fraud, misuse or security risk.

Where practical, we will attempt to provide notice and an opportunity to clarify or remedy the situation before taking permanent action.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

GSTATIAC is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a stable and high-performing platform, we do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation or specific campaign results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will provide notice within the platform or via email. Your continued use of GSTATIAC after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
